Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz NRP33S is a 3-path diode power sensor designed for fast and accurate RF and microwave power measurements. It covers the frequency range from 10 MHz to 33 GHz with a measurement range of 100 pW to 200 mW. The enhanced 3-path diode technology significantly reduces measurement noise and provides a lower measurement limit of –70 dBm with a dynamic range of 93 dB, enabling accurate measurements across the entire power range.
