2. Quote Requests & Pricing

  • Prices are provided on request and may vary depending on availability, market conditions and supplier terms
  • Submitting a quote request through the site does not constitute an obligation to buy
  • An order is considered confirmed once the price, payment terms and delivery conditions have been agreed by both parties
  • For used equipment, the condition and included accessories are specified individually for each instrument

3. Payment

  • Payment terms are agreed individually for each order
  • Available options include bank transfer for business customers and prepayment for individuals

4. Shipping

  • We ship equipment internationally to customers worldwide
  • Delivery times depend on equipment availability and US-based logistics
  • Estimated timeframes are provided when your order is confirmed
  • Shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination, dimensions and weight of the equipment

5. Warranty & Leasing

  • New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty
  • Warranty and lease terms for used equipment are agreed individually
  • All equipment is tested for functionality before shipment

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Equipment may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and the original packaging has been preserved

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on the BSL Equipment website, including text, images, logos and design, are the property of BSL Equipment or used with the permission of the rights holders. Copying materials without written consent is prohibited.
