Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz NRP18S is a three-path diode power sensor for USB-based RF and microwave power measurement from 10 MHz to 18 GHz. The sensor employs three separate diode paths to achieve high-accuracy average power measurement independent of modulation type. With a measurement range of 100 pW to 200 mW and 93 dB dynamic range, the NRP18S eliminates measurement artifacts from harmonics and interfering signals. This package includes a 1.5m NRP-ZKU.03 USB interface cable.
