The Keysight U2062XA is an X-Series wide dynamic range RF power sensor designed for accurate measurement of average and peak power across 10 MHz to 18 GHz. With a measurement speed of 50,000 readings/sec and real-time processing with zero dead time, it provides accurate and repeatable power measurements for any modulated signal while enabling higher manufacturing throughput.
