Overview

The Keysight U2055XA/053/100 is a USB-connected RF power sensor in the X-Series with extended frequency coverage to 53 GHz. It provides accurate average power measurements across 10 MHz to 53 GHz with wide dynamic range of -70 to +20 dBm (10 MHz to 50 GHz) and -70 to 0 dBm (50 GHz to 53 GHz). It combines fast real-time measurement at 50,000 readings/sec with automatic calibration and zero functions to minimize measurement uncertainty.

The sensor includes a BenchVue software license (BV0007B) for easy control, data logging, and visualization without programming. It features Type 2.4 mm (m) connectors and includes a 5-ft USB cable.
