Overview
The Keysight CX1101A is a single-channel current sensor for the CX3300 series device current waveform analyzer. It measures current waveforms from 40 nanoamperes to 1 ampere with a maximum bandwidth of 100 MHz and supports a common mode voltage range of ±40 V. The sensor uses wideband noise suppressed measurement technology and features low input resistance for minimal voltage drop in the circuit under test.
