Overview
The Keysight 8487D is a diode power sensor offering a wide 50 dB dynamic range for measuring average power from 50 MHz to 50 GHz. The sensor features a high-speed diode sensing element and is supplied with a 30 dB attenuator for convenient calibration with power meter 0 dBm references. It is compatible with EPM, EPM-P, and P-series power meters as well as select VXI systems.
