Overview

The Amplifier Research 40T18G40 is a self-contained, forced air-cooled, broadband traveling wave tube (TWT) microwave amplifier designed for applications requiring wide instantaneous bandwidth, high gain and moderate power output. A reliable TWT provides a minimum of 40 watts at the amplifier output connector. The amplifier features a front panel digital display showing forward and reflected output power plus extensive system status information accessible through menu-driven soft keys.
