Overview
The Amplifier Research 1000A250 is a self-contained, air-cooled broadband RF amplifier engineered for high-power applications requiring instantaneous bandwidth up to 250 MHz. Push-pull MOSFET technology is used throughout the high-power stages to minimize distortion while maintaining stability. A comprehensive Digital Control Panel provides local control with a 3.75-inch color display, while GPIB/IEEE-488, RS-232, and fiber optic interfaces enable full remote operation and monitoring.
