Overview

The Amplifier Research 400A400A is a self-contained, air-cooled broadband solid-state RF amplifier designed for applications requiring high instantaneous bandwidth and gain. It utilizes push-pull LDMOS circuitry in all high-power stages to minimize distortion and enhance stability. When used with an RF sweep generator, the amplifier delivers a minimum of 400 watts of swept power across its operating frequency range.
