Overview
The Amplifier Research 250W1000B is a portable, self-contained, air-cooled, solid-state broadband amplifier designed for applications requiring instantaneous bandwidth, high gain, and linearity. Using push-pull circuitry in all high power stages minimizes distortion and improves stability. When used with a sweep generator, it delivers a minimum of 250 watts of RF power across 80-1000 MHz. The amplifier features a Digital Control Panel (DCP) for both local and remote control.
