The Keysight N9000B/513 CXA is a benchtop signal analyzer designed for extended frequency range characterization of RF and microwave signals. With its 10.6" multi-touch interface, dual-core 64-bit processor, and proven X-Series measurement algorithms, it delivers intuitive operation and repeatable results for demanding testing applications up to 13.6 GHz.
