The Keysight N9000B/507/T03 CXA is a benchtop signal analyzer with integrated tracking generator for cost-effective characterization and stimulus/response testing of RF and microwave devices. With its 10.6" multi-touch interface, dual-core 64-bit processor, and proven X-Series measurement algorithms, it delivers intuitive operation and repeatable results for general-purpose and educational applications.
