Keysight B2983C Femto/Picoammeter

Overview

The Keysight B2983C is a battery-powered femto/picoammeter designed for ultra-low current measurements with a minimum resolution of 0.01 fA (10⁻¹⁷ A). It features a 4.3-inch color LCD graphical user interface supporting trend charts, histograms, and real-time data visualization. Battery operation eliminates AC power line noise, enabling low-level measurements that are otherwise impossible with line-powered instruments.
