Overview

The Keysight B2983B is the world's only battery-powered graphical picoammeter delivering exceptional measurement confidence with 0.01 fA (10^-17 A) minimum resolution. Battery operation eliminates AC power line noise, enabling low-level measurements previously impossible with line-powered instruments. It features a 4.3-inch color LCD with intuitive graphical user interface supporting trend charts, histograms, and numeric viewing modes for capturing transient behavior and performing quick statistical analyses without a PC.
