Overview

The Keysight B2981B is a graphical femto/picoammeter designed for precise low-level current measurements down to 0.01 fA (10^-17 A) resolution. It features a 4.3-inch color LCD with an intuitive graphical user interface that provides real-time trend charts and histograms, enabling users to capture transient behavior and perform statistical analyses directly on the instrument without requiring a PC.
