Overview

The Keithley 2602B is a two-channel SourceMeter SMU (Source Measurement Unit) instrument designed for automated production test and R&D applications. It combines a precision power supply, true current source, and digital multimeter in a single platform with four-quadrant source/measure capabilities, allowing simultaneous sourcing and measuring of both voltage and current.

The Model 2602B features Keithley's advanced TSP (Test Script Processing) technology, which embeds complete test programs inside the instrument for dramatically improved system-level speed, reducing test costs. The TSP-Link interface enables multi-channel parallel test expansion without requiring a mainframe.
