Overview

The Keithley 2450 is a precision SourceMeter SMU (Source Measure Unit) designed for electrical characterization and functional testing of semiconductors, nanodevices, organic electronics, and other small-geometry, low-power devices. With its intuitive 5-inch capacitive touchscreen interface, the 2450 combines the functionality of a precision power supply, digital multimeter, electronic load, and current source in a single instrument.
