The Keithley 2401 is a 20V, 1A, 20W SourceMeter unit (SMU) designed for applications requiring tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. It combines a stable DC power source with a 6.5-digit multimeter in a single compact instrument. In operation, the 2401 can function as a voltage source, current source, voltage meter, current meter, and ohmmeter, making it ideal for semiconductor device characterization and production testing.
