Overview

The Keithley 2400 is a 200V, 1A, 20W SourceMeter unit (SMU) designed for test applications requiring tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. It combines a stable DC power source with a 6.5-digit multimeter in a single compact instrument, functioning as voltage source, current source, voltage meter, current meter, and ohmmeter.
