Overview

The Tektronix RSA5106B real-time spectrum analyzer extends the RSA5000 Series to 6.2 GHz with advanced signal discovery and analysis capabilities. Delivering up to 292,000 frequency transforms per second via its DPX spectrum processor, it detects transient events as brief as 3.7 μs in the frequency domain and captures complex RF events in real time. With +20 dBm TOI and -151 dBm/Hz DANL at 2 GHz, it provides the dynamic range needed for wideband signal analysis up to 165 MHz acquisition bandwidth with 80 dBc spurious-free performance.
