The Tektronix RSA5106A is a real-time spectrum analyzer extending the capabilities of the RSA5000 Series to 6.2 GHz. It provides industry-leading real-time specifications with best minimum signal duration for 100% probability of intercept and real-time dynamic range, combining high-performance spectrum analysis, wideband vector signal analysis, and trigger-capture-analyze functionality in a single instrument.
