Overview
The Tektronix 80C02 is an optical sampling module optimized for testing long-wavelength signals between 1100 and 1650 nm at 9.953 Gb/s SONET OC-192 and SDH STM-64 rates. With a high optical bandwidth of 30 GHz, the 80C02 is also well-suited for general-purpose, high-performance optical component testing and can be configured with optional clock recovery supporting SONET/SDH telecom standards.
