The Rohde & Schwarz FSVA3050 is a high-performance signal and spectrum analyzer designed for demanding RF measurements from 2 Hz to 50 GHz, extending to 54 GHz with options. With up to 1 GHz analysis bandwidth and outstanding phase noise performance, the FSVA3050 delivers excellent dynamic range and measurement speed for advanced RF applications including 5G NR testing and high-frequency system analysis.

Ready for 5G and other Wireless Standards The FSVA3000 signal and spectrum analyzer is ideal for analyzing wireless communications signals in R&D, system testing, verification and production. With 400 MHz of analysis bandwidth, it can be used to capture four neighboring 5G NR carriers at once. With dedicated options for 5G NR signal analysis, EVM vales better than 1% can be achieved for a 100 MHz wide carrier at 28 GHz.

High Speed Analysis Automated production of components, modules and devices requires spectral measurements as well as signal demodulation. The FSVA3000 signal and spectrum analyzer performs even complex measurement scenarios in a minimum amount of time. The enhanced computer power option provides a quad core CPU to accelerate digital signal demodulation. It also adds an internal PCle 3.0 bus system for fastest transfer of measurement data. In cloud based test systems the optional 10Gbit/s LAN interface enables fast I/Q data transfer towards the network side.
