The Keysight N9323C is a basic spectrum analyzer (BSA) offering RF spectrum analysis from 1 MHz to 13.6 GHz. The N9323C includes a window limit feature for simultaneous frequency and power limit determinations, enabling one-button pass/fail testing that reduces instrument setup complexity and improves testing efficiency.
