Overview

The Keysight N9020B MXA X-Series signal analyzer is a benchtop spectrum analyzer designed for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave signal analysis. It provides advanced noise measurements including noise figure, phase noise, and spur searches with performance that meets the needs of RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and digital signal analysis applications.

The MXA X-Series includes optional measurement application software with preconfigured test routines for GSM/EDGE, 802.16e Mobile WiMAX, and 5G NR. The 89600 VSA software enables advanced signal demodulation analysis of over 50 demodulation formats including 4G, 5G NR, WiMAX, WLAN, and Private Mobile Radio systems.
