Overview
The Keysight N9010B is an EXA X-Series signal analyzer designed for RF, microwave, and millimeter-wave frequency measurements. It combines flexible frequency coverage up to 44 GHz with exceptional measurement performance, including best-in-class level accuracy, displayed average noise level (DANL), and third-order intermodulation distortion (TOI) specifications.
Optional measurement applications provide preconfigured test routines for GSM/EDGE, 802.16e Mobile WiMAX, W-CDMA, HSDPA/HSUPA, and phase-noise measurements. The 89600 VSA software application enables advanced signal demodulation and analysis of over 50 demodulation formats including 2G, 3G, WiMAX, WLAN, and Private Mobile Radio.
