Overview

The Keysight 4396B is a high-performance RF network, spectrum, and impedance analyzer designed for lab and production applications. It provides comprehensive measurement capabilities including gain, phase, group delay, distortion, and noise analysis, with direct reflection measurements such as return loss, SWR, and S-parameters when combined with a test set. The instrument features two independent display channels for simultaneous viewing of network and spectrum characteristics.
