The PHU Series is a single-channel programmable DC power supply with multi-range output capability offering flexible voltage and current combinations. The PHU 750-20-D delivers 750V, 20A, and 5kW using silicon carbide (SiC) components for high power density in a compact 3U rack-mount form factor.
