The GW Instek PHU 500-60-D is a single-channel programmable DC power supply delivering 10 kW at 500V/60A with multi-range output flexibility. Utilizing silicon carbide (SiC) technology, it provides high power density in a 3U rack-mount package. The PHU 500-60-D supports versatile testing across photovoltaic systems, electric vehicle applications, and automotive electronics development.
