Overview

The GW Instek PHU 200-140-C is a 10kW programmable DC power supply featuring multi-range output capability with 200V/140A specifications. Part of the PHU series, it leverages SiC (silicon carbide) technology to achieve high power density while maintaining a compact 3U form factor. This power supply is designed for applications including photovoltaic system testing, electric vehicle battery evaluation, and automotive electronics validation.

The device includes Advanced Web Server (AWS) capability for direct web-based control and Adaptive Parallel Connection (APC) allowing multiple units to be combined for increased capacity. Up to 10 units can be paralleled to achieve 150kW without additional distribution control.
