The Siglent SSG5040X-V is a professional RF signal generator for R&D, education, and manufacturing. It delivers analog and vector signal generation from 9 kHz to 4 GHz with exceptional phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz @ 1 GHz (20 kHz offset) and ultra-fine frequency resolution to 0.001 Hz.
