Overview

The Rohde & Schwarz SMA100B is a premium RF signal generator designed for applications requiring extremely clean analog signals with exceptionally low phase noise. It excels in low close-in SSB phase noise for radar LO substitution, low jitter and high SFDR for ADC testing, and ultra-high output power without compromising harmonic purity. Covering frequencies from 8 kHz to 67 GHz (with overrange to 72 GHz), the SMA100B sets new standards for high-end analog signal generators.
