The Rohde & Schwarz SGS100A is an RF source designed for automated test systems, available as either a continuous-wave (CW) source or a vector signal generator with integrated I/Q modulator. With a frequency range up to 12.75 GHz, the vector signal generation version covers essential digital signal standards, while the CW version serves as a flexible local oscillator and for interference testing against mobile radio standards.
