Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz SMU200A is a modular vector signal generator combining up to two RF signal generators in a single compact unit. With frequency coverage from 100 kHz to 6 GHz for the first RF path and up to 3 GHz for the optional second path, it provides outstanding signal quality with low phase noise and excellent ACLR characteristics ideal for production testing and R&D applications.
