The Keysight N5183B is a microwave analog signal generator in the MXG X-Series that delivers 9 kHz to 40 GHz frequency coverage with near PSG performance levels in a compact, 2-unit rack-mount design. It combines spectral purity, output power, and switching speed for module- and system-level testing applications.
