The Keysight M9381A is a compact modular PXIe vector signal generator designed for RF device design validation and manufacturing test. It provides frequency coverage from 1 MHz to 6 GHz with configurable RF modulation bandwidth and fast amplitude and frequency switching, making it ideal for high-speed automated test environments.
