Overview

The Keysight E8241A Performance Signal Generator (PSG) delivers accurate characterization of RF and microwave products, with frequency coverage from 250 kHz to 20 GHz. The PSG Series eliminates the need for external amplifiers when testing high-power devices, providing up to +20 dBm output power and superior level accuracy of ±0.7 dB to reduce test uncertainties and improve production throughput.
