Overview

The Keysight E5052B is a signal source analyzer designed for characterizing high-frequency signal sources, oscillators, and clock systems. Operating from 10 MHz to 7 GHz with optional extensions to 26.5 GHz (with E5053A) or 110 GHz (with E5053A and Keysight 11970 series mixers), the E5052B delivers outstanding measurement throughput and usability for VCO characterization and high-speed data communication applications.
