Overview

The Keysight E4438C-503 is an option for the E4438C vector signal generator, providing frequency coverage from 250 kHz to 3 GHz. This option combines the E4438C's advanced baseband generation with RF signal generation capabilities, enabling comprehensive mixed-signal testing at baseband, IF, and RF frequencies up to 3 GHz for cellular and ISM band applications.
