The Keysight AP5002A is a compact RF and microwave analog signal generator designed for characterizing and stress-testing RF devices up to 12 GHz. Weighing less than 2.5 kg, it combines portability with industry-leading performance, including exceptionally low phase noise and fast frequency switching.
