The Keysight 8665B is an advanced RF signal generator designed for comprehensive receiver testing up to 6 GHz. With optional low-noise enhancement (Option 004), it serves as both a test source and precision clock reference for demanding phase jitter applications. The integrated pulse modulation capability (Option 008) with adjustable pulse width and delay eliminates the need for external pulse generators in radar testing scenarios.
