Keysight 8665A Signal Generator

Overview

The Keysight 8665A is a compact RF signal generator designed for basic receiver testing and characterization up to 4.2 GHz. With optional low-noise enhancement (Option 004), it can be used for out-of-channel receiver testing or as a precision clock source where low phase jitter is critical. Pulse modulation capability (Option 008) supports radar testing with internally adjustable pulse width and delay.
