Overview
The Keysight 83630B is a synthesized sweeper designed as the standard of excellence for applications requiring both high-performance synthesis and sweep oscillator versatility. Using indirect synthesis, it provides broadband frequency coverage extending to 26.5 GHz with precise 1 Hz frequency resolution (Option 008) and low single-sideband phase noise. The instrument delivers excellent harmonic performance with harmonics at least 50 dB below the carrier from 2.0 to 26.5 GHz.
