Overview
The Keysight 83623B is a high-power synthesized sweeper designed for applications demanding both the high performance of a synthesized source and the versatility of a sweep oscillator. Using indirect synthesis, it provides broadband frequency coverage with precise 1 Hz frequency resolution (Option 008) and low single-sideband phase noise. The instrument delivers excellent harmonic performance with harmonics at least 25 dB below the carrier from 2.0 to 20 GHz.
