Overview

The Keysight 8114A is a single-channel high-power pulse generator designed for testing modern telecommunications and computer systems that use high-voltage or high-current devices such as laser diodes, IR diodes, EEPROMs, and flash memory. It delivers fast, clean pulses up to 100V with frequencies up to 15 MHz.
