Overview

The Keysight 81134A is a 3.35 GHz dual-channel pulse/pattern generator engineered for high-speed serial bus testing where timing and performance are critical. With fast rise times below 60 ps and low intrinsic jitter, it enables precise characterization of receivers, backplanes, and other high-speed digital components. The instrument supports application-specific signal levels including pre- and de-emphasis for PCI Express and squelch for Serial ATA.
