Overview

The Keysight 81130A is a precision pulse data generator available in single or dual-channel configurations. With optional 81131A modules, it operates at 400 MHz with 3.8 V output; with 81132A modules, it reaches 600 MHz with 2.5 V output. The instrument provides advanced delay and width accuracy through its PLL oscillator and large segmentable 64 kbit memory, supporting flexible signal generation for serial data requirements.
