Overview

The Keysight 3325A is a precision synthesizer/function generator designed for automated test equipment (ATE) systems and laboratory applications. It provides frequencies from 1 Hz to 21 MHz with excellent frequency stability and complete GPIB programmability. The instrument includes log/linear sweep function with external AM and phase modulation capabilities, plus variable phase offset when connected to another 3325A.
