The Keithley Model 4225-PMU Ultra Fast I-V Module is a plug-in option for the Model 4200-SCS Semiconductor Characterization System. It provides ultra-fast voltage waveform generation and simultaneous signal observation, enabling unprecedented I-V testing performance for materials, device, and process characterization. Each module occupies a single slot in the 9-slot chassis and delivers two channels of integrated sourcing and measurement capability.
